Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

M-Scents strives to provide the best possible service and products to our customers, however if you wish to exchange your perfume please go through our exchange policy carefully.

We DO NOT do refunds but can exchange the perfume for you if the following conditions are met:

  • Exchange should be done within 7 days of purchase of the product.
  • The product must be in its original condition the way it was sold to you.
  • The seal/cellophane wrap must not be removed.
  • Invoice must be produced at the time of exchange

For courier customers

Please check your parcel when you receive your order.If the goods are damaged on delivery, you will need to email us on info@m-scents.co.za within 24 hours from the receipt of the goods. If the product has been found to be damaged or defective on inspection, a replacement will be authorised.

  • You must return the product within 7 days of it being delivered.
  • All the returns must be well packed and be well protected to avoid damage in transit.
  • Any perfumes received in damaged condition will not be accepted for an exchange
  • The courier charges to and fro will have to be borne by the customer for the exchange.
  • A copy of the invoice should be sent along with the product to exchange.

Please Note:

  • No Exchanges are allowed on 10ml oils.
  • There is no guarantee on the perfumes from the point of purchase and M-Scents will not be liable for any physical damage caused thereafter.

M-Scents has the rights to refuse and exchange if the above conditions are not adhered to and will use its own discretion to approve the exchange.
